Returns

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase with a year.
• Orders cannot be cancelled. You will receive store credit.
• Discounts cannot be applied to previously made purchases.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Jenesis Twelve is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around your delivery location, checking with neighbors or household members, or contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
