• We offer free shipping on orders over $99.
• Shipping rates for orders under $99 are flat rate $8.
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
• Local pickup is available at checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Returns

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase with a year.
• Orders cannot be cancelled. You will receive store credit.
• Discounts cannot be applied to previously made purchases.

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged for a different size if available.
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Sale or clearance items

- Accessories and jewelry

- Bodysuits or intimate apparel

- Items purchased at pop-ups or special events

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Jenesis Twelve is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around your delivery location, checking with neighbors or household members, or contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
• If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
